Before ordering a Tour, please read attentively the description of the Packages and determine the one that meets your wishes. If you are coming to Ukraine for the first time, a Tour Package is the optimum program for you. A Tour Package will let you avoid any problems and worries during your stay in Ukraine. The accommodation is being performed in the apartments, which are comfortably located in the city center, close to subway stations, taxi parking, cafes, restaurants, trade centers and entertainment facilities.

We offer different variants of Tour Packages for your romantic journey. The minimal term of package is 3 days and 2 nights. You can order the Tour for as many days as you wish, but more, than minimum package. The trip to Kharkov is organized by you. We will pick you up at the airport or railway station. If you need more information about getting to Kharkov, please contact us.

When you decide to order the chosen Package, please contact us by e-mail via Contacts. You can ask any question concerning the package. For the best organization of your Tour, please notify us about your coming and make the transaction (full prepayment only) for the Tour package minimum 14 days before your arrival.

Includes: 
• your accommodation in a comfortable apartment or mini hotel in the city center with wi-fi, and A/C;
• welcome snack package (ham, cheese, water, bread, tea, coffee, snacks);
• both ways transfer from Kharkov airport, train or bus station;
• arrangement of the meetings with up to 4 ladies from the Gallery at your option;

Attention: Refund Policy!
If you have already planned the Tour and have performed a transaction for it, but for some reasons you can’t come, let us know about this as soon as possible. We will return your money via the same way you’ve sent it. The amount of the refund is 30% of the cost of the Tour Package minus the transferring system’s commission.

 Introduction service

You have decided to organize your journey, accommodation and transfer yourself, and you wish to meet the ladies from our Gallery of Ladies, we offer a special service “Introduction”. You pay for meeting with a lady, we will arrange as many meetings with her as you wish.

The cost of Introduction to each lady is: $100 USD

The cost of one hour of translations is: $25 USD (Monday-Friday, 09:00-21:00); $30 USD (Monday-Friday, 21:00-09:00, Saturday, Sunday and National holidays)

The payments are done at the office of UFMA.

IMPORTANT: Before arrival to Kharkov, please send a notification to support(at)ukrainianfiancee.com and get "The Rules of meeting with the ladies"

For the best arrangements, notify us about your coming not later than 7 days before your visit.

The first meeting with a lady takes place only in the office of the Agency, the translator is obligatory for the first 30 minutes (cost is included into the service). After the half an hour your couple can decide whether to continue with interpreter or in two. If you have additional questions, please contact us any time.
